Leading Drona conducts comprehensive training programs both within the company premises as well as offsite. We do this through different activities, including workshops, seminars, etc. The duration of these activities may be half-day, full-day, or more based on the requirements of the organsation.

Training is a never-ending process. It should be worked upon regular intervals within an organization. Every employee may obtain basic training on joining, rotation, or promotion. The best results can be procured only when the training is executed at regular intervals.

Many times, an employee works in a restricted area and remains untouched in the other core area of the same vertical. For example, a person looking after payroll for several years remains untouched for Balance Sheet and taxation etc. To fill such gaps of knowledge, Leading Drona works for the organization.
We at Leading Drona are of the opinion that training should not be limited to the employees for a specific profile only; instead, it should apply to other employees also who may, by any means, be associated with those particular job profiles within the company in the near future
Leading Drona understands that non-technical employee should also be equipped with knowledge of company matters, taxation matters along with other domain. All employees are expected to have a concise knowledge about the company, its rules & regulations, company law matters and various other general matters, like CSR activities, Risk assessment policy and on many other topics etc. This would allow them to have a confident approach when working with a client.
There is a huge possibility that the new joiners in any organisation may not have in-depth knowledge of their core areas. Leading Drona arranges the training in the vertical area and also helps to educate them about the company.
